the girl does not speak with japanese accent. simple as onamaewa is pronounced as namaewa. the stress in a sentence is often put wrongly.

AVOID !!!! its a shame to publish this app. Many will learn from it thinking its accurate but it is far from it. My girlfriend is japanese and laughed so hard, about 50% was inacurate and all had that weird foreigner voice, AVOID !!!

But the woman has a very awkward voice

Definitely not a native Japanese girl speaking. Sound more like a Chinese girl speaking Japanese the ways she pronouncing the words, dont stress the sounds

This seems pretty useful, aside from the womens accent. At least its the the real thing. You can learn how to say it or at least you have some knowledge of the word. Hope this help

I think this is a pretty good app. Since I love anime this will be a very useful app for me and my friends.

My 4 Year old is picking up the language very easily with this app Have shown it to other moms .

This app has a Chinese lady teaching you Japanese - Not authentic and will leave you learning badly pronounced phrases. Find another app!

I have down loaded this app. I really enjoy trying to learn Japanese. I would love to speak to my girlfriends parents in Japanese. This will take me some time to learn but, I will learn it. I think this app. Is awesome. The only change I would like to see is for this app. To go through the pronunciation slower. So I can learn to speak Japanese.

There is no sound even in full volume fix!!!!

試しにインストールしてみたけど、音声が明らかに日本人ではない発音で笑ってしまった。東京や大阪、京都の観光地ならこのアプリを使うより英語を喋ったほうがスムーズに通じそう。ところどころ和訳もおかしいものがあるので、日本人を制作スタッフに起用した方がいいと思う。ボランティアで手伝いたいって人、募集すれば結構いそうだし。 You should put the Japanese production staff. At a minimum, the person who was in charge of sound in Japanese is good.

Awesome

Many of the things like "call a doctor" is not even right. Im Japanese and I just wanted to see how accurate this app was and it made me laugh right off the bat because this person is definitely not even japanese.I would not recommend this app.
